We strive to keep the service continuously available, without guaranteeing the complete absence of interruptions.

Darkin shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the service, within the limits permitted by law.

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend an account in case of breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts.
